Requirements
- Strong Office 365 skills – Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams.
- Firm attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational & follow-up skills.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Experience with web-based phone system.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
- Pass a background check.
Duties
- Manage customer service schedules, employee schedules, run reports, and process payments in our CRM system.
- Provide customer service support to co-workers and customers, via phone, email and in person.
- Update CRM database with current customer data.
- Answer incoming calls via web-based phone system; log calls in CRM system as needed.
- Maintain excel spreadsheets of sales.
- Maintain database of potential new customers.
- Contact customers for payments.
