Form of workInterstate Utility Trailer, a full-service commercial semi-trailer dealership, has an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator in our Indianapolis IN service center. We are looking for someone that has experience in the Truck or Trailer industry.

Major responsibilities:
- Filing
- Invoicing
- Answering phones
- Calling Customers
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet
- Respond to customer telephone inquiries concerning repair service and assist with the management of response to equipment breakdowns.
- Additional Clerical Duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong Computer skills
- Good written and oral communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Strong listening skills as they relate to workload, time management, and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment
- Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in truck and Trailer Repair is a plus
- Self Motivated
- Must be able to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, Standing, Stooping/Kneeling for extended amounts of time.
- Reaching with arms and hands
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work independently
