SalaryRadius Systems is a rapidly growing full-service provider of Building Automation Systems, Security Systems and Lighting Control Systems in the mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking a qualified and movtivated individual to provide administrative support within our internal support team. The duties of this position include but are not limited to processing information related to invoicing, generating customer invoices and associated support documents, coordinating customer visits, assembling project reports, providing project management support (project documentation, tracking/collection/organizing of project information, etc. ), and assisting with incoming calls and remote information gathering on client systems.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Cost accounting software experience
- High School Diploma, plus pots High School education/training in office administration and/or accounting.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information about products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
