We are a residential, single-family home company seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist the team in day-to-day operations! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This is a part-time, in-person position that could grow into full time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Coordinate & Schedule home inspections, contractor site visits, utilities, and tenant viewings.
- When needed, communicate with potential and existing tenants
- Help to develop and implement organized filing systems
- Data entry
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a real estate role is a plus
