As a Office Administrative Assistantyou will be interacting with customers, byproviding information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process shipments. Daily activities would include, but not limited to, communicating with customers by phone, taking customer orders, using our operating system (Quickbooks) to enter orders, sending faxes, processing shipments through our UPS operating system, filing completed orders, and helping with walk-in customers.
Our customers are an important part to our business and treating them with kindness and respect is critical.
Applicants are preferred to be familiar with Quickbooks operating system.
Punctuality is incredibly important to this job, our hours of operation are from
Monday through Friday 7:00 am until 3:30 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
This job guarantees 40 hours a week with overtime hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
