Small estate planning/ estate administration law office located in Lansdale, PA is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary/Admin with a minimum of 2 years experience. Excellent computer skills and communication skills required. Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
Duties:
- Ability to transcribe dictations and correspondence - a significant portion of this position is dedicated to listening to attorney dictation/ audio files and written notes;
- Greet clients, answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette;
- Sending client invoices, receiving, sorting and tracking client payments;
- Maintain and organize client files; and
- Perform clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, USPS and FedEx mailings
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
