We are a jewelry manufacturing company seeking a COMPUTER SAVVY office assistant to join the team. This person will support office operations, as well as incorporate new and effective ways to achieve the company’s success.
Office Assistant Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Handling emails, processing CAD files (training will be provided),
- CAD design background is helpful but not required.
- Placing and expediting orders, keeping track of order statuses, delivering orders to work stations.
- Assisting with billing
- Answering light phone calls.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Handling and organizing merchandise to the appropriate departments.
- Assisting company Manager.
Office Assistant Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience as an office assistant or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or some College.
- Must be good in mathematics
- Computer Savvy
- Be a quick learner
- Well spoken
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail is important
- Punctual
- Good writing skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Teamwork and ability to get along with others
- Excellent organization and time management skills is a must
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
