Administrative Office Assistant

We are a metal fabrication company located in Copiague NY. We have a full machine shop with water jet and CNC lathe and milling machines. We assist in custom building, reconditioning, and rebuilding stainless steel equipment. A few of our specialties include conveyor systems, railings, and mezzanines.

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Answering the phone

· Invoicing Customers

· Entering payments

· Entering bills

· Paying bills

· Purchasing materials

· Organizing the office

· Bank runs

Office experience and experience with Quickbooks a plus but not mandatory. We are willing to train on Saturdays.

This is a part time to full time position.

Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.76 - $19.58 per hour
