As a Phlebotomist Supervisor, you will lead and supervise 30 off-site Phlebotomy Staff across 18 locations. Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards. Requires 5 years of management experience, 3 years of specialized training as a Histotech, and relevant certifications. Serve adult medical patients using EPIC EMR. Rotating weekend and holiday shifts required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise phlebotomy procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Train and mentor phlebotomy staff.
- Oversee specimen collection, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely specimen delivery.
- Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and equipment.
- Assist in scheduling and optimizing patient flow.
