Obgyn Medical Receptionist/ Medical Assistant

Women’s Health Partners OB/GYN seeks an enthusiastic Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking Medical Receptionist/ Medical Assistant. If you are an upbeat, friendly, and conscientious team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! This is a full-time, day position. The work environment will be in our one location. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in a medical office setting, with OB/GYN office experience being a definite plus.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Interact with clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, handle incoming and outgoing faxes.
• Handling copays and payments from patients
• Set high standards for clinical quality, compliance, and excellence.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Assisting back office staff when needed
• Other duties as assigned.

The right candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, manage a busy incoming patient flow, and function well both individually and as part of a team. Familiarity with the Epic EMR is also a plus. Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking is a must.

Compensation will be hourly full-time (32-40 hours) based on experience. Health Benefits and PTO will be available after a 90-day probationary period.

Experience:

• Epic EMR: 1 year (Preferred)
• OB/GYN office: 1 year (Preferred)
