Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering emails and creating plant quotes for customers
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Work with other wholesale nurseries and understand plant availabilities
- Drive to other nurseries and pick up plants
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on orders
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain inventory lists at Bradshaw Nursery
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Outlook and Excel are required
- Previous experience in working with plants and a working knowledge of plant names is required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift plants that weigh 25 pounds
- Must have the ability to manage several customer orders at one time and keep track of all details
