Customer Care Specialist

Busy office seeking friendly, organized, fast learner for full time Customer Care Specialist position. Hourly wage commensurate to experience, insurance and benefits.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls
• Schedule appointments
• Direct and/or respond to inquiries
• Take accurate messages, and distribute them
• Greet clients & staff, to a welcoming environment
• Invoice clients & collect payments
• Assist managers and staff as needed
• Retrieve faxes off fax machine and distribute accordingly.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability problem-solve
• Previous front desk and scheduling experience (preferred)
• Strong computer skills - QuickBooks, Access, etc.

This is a full-time position, which will require overtime during busy seasons.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
