Polytek Development Corp. is a leading manufacturer of mold making and casting materials. Polytek is currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and extremely organized individual to join our rapidly expanding company.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform bulk sales for the consumer division domestic and international accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications and capabilities and applications.
Learn/understand product specifications, capabilities and methods.
Understand and stay current on competitive products.
Support and manage small accounts internally.
Qualify and process leads.
Key internal support for distributor network.
Help customers troubleshoot problems with products and processes
Determine and authorize credits for returns or issues with products per policy.
Provide customers with product selection support and samples to promote sales.
Provide customers with appropriate product literature such as SDSs, Technical Bulletins and other training resources
available on Polytek's website.
Present and maintain a positive attitude with regards to Polytek management policies and instructions.
Report safety concerns immediately to your supervisor, the Plant Manager or Safety Committee Member.
Follow all rules set forth in Polytek's Employee Policy Manual.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time and work on a computer.
Must be able to work in an office environment.
Must be able to talk, hear and see with vision abilities including close/near, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering manufacturing areas.
Travel may include up to 10%.
Education and Experience:
Must be able to understand, speak, write and read English.
High school diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2-5 years of experience preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
