The Network Systems Administrator is responsible for the development, design, planning, installation, maintenance, security and operation of all internal and external systems. The Network Systems Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining clear precise written technical documentation, but not limited to, server IS policies & procedures and technical knowledge-based informational documentation.
- Mange all aspects of information technology systems to support effective and efficient operations throughout the organization.
- Mitigate unforeseen system and server interruptions and outages.
- Set-up new LAN networks and proactively mitigate security issues.
- Maintain and test back up processes to ensure that files and systems are quickly restored when needed.
- Manage computer, database and network access for users throughout the organization. Ensure that users are given appropriate level of access.
- Configure and maintain systems, including monitoring and alerting using IBM QRadar.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of OKTA portal.
- Assist with executing network and system updates and upgrades.
- Develop and execute network design and implementation of new work sites/offices.
- Assist with testing and maintenance of systems and servers.
- Utilize Nimble storage array to create new VM servers and file shares. Monitor and address Nimble issues.
- Support and resolve support request inquiries as assigned.
- Provide coverage for other positions within the department as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology or closely related field.
- Microsoft MCSE and/or Cisco CCNA certification, preferred.
- 3 years Network infrastructure design and management experience.
- Knowledge of Windows Networking and Windows Operating Systems software, and internet-based applications and hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of computers and peripherals.
- Detail oriented. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals within all levels of the organization, providers, patients, patient family members, vendors and others.
- Current California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
