Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for a Network Analyst to install, maintain, operate, and repair telephone and data network and systems in their Gainesville, FL facilities. Let's get to work.

Schedule: FT, M-F, 8a-5p
Salary: $33.16/hr

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, administer and maintain telephony hardware and Cisco UCM and Cisco UCCX clusters
- Monitor ticket queue and work on incidents and services requests as they come in
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network and infrastructure-related issues promptly and effectively
- Develop appropriate documentation/procedures that ensure internal standards are met and that other information technology staff can support the systems
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration or Microsoft Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer are a plus
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Associates degree
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Call Manager, UCCX, PRI, and SIP
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
