Who we are
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Financial Systems, this position will administer NetSuite and other financial systems across the organization, with a focus on best practices, controls, and operational excellence. This role requires collaboration with business owners and stakeholders, with a focus on administration and support utilizing technologies. The Financial Systems team is focused on building and supporting best of breed financial systems to ensure scalability with the rapidly growing business.

Why Attentive needs you
    • Perform administrative functions including user management, permissions, customer records, reports, saved searches, workflows, forms, supporting system upgrades, and guide users on NetSuite best practices
    • Build reports, searches, workflows using NetSuite
    • Work with end users and different departments to generate custom reports as necessary
    • Hands-on analysis and debugging of system and integration errors and issues, including proactive recommendation of solutions to improve processes
    • Design, implement and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the organization's business needs
    • Support end-user request queue in Jira
    • Daily review and prioritization of tickets assigned within Jira
    • Participate in the daily scrum and appropriate sprint open and close meetings
    • Participate in the Jira sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions to plan work for the current and future sprints
    • Design Project Plans for the development, testing, and deployment of customizations, custom objects, third-party tools/applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
    • Coordinate with team members to develop project road maps that set clear expectations with all stakeholders
    • Work with operations and business partners to drive technology, business, and Financial Systems best practices
    • Support and manage the change management process using SDLC, as well as business applications change management tool, Salto.io
    • Review scenarios and implement changes in accordance with change management requirements
    • Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage etc
    • Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of NetSuite
    • Data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite)
    • Stay up to date with products and modules through research/training and engagements with third parties and system providers

About you
    • 2+ years experience with NetSuite, plus a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years supporting Finance processes within NetSuite, with experience in any of the NS modules (L2C, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AR, FA, AP, etc.)
    • 2+ years of monitoring and maintaining day-to-day system processes, and managing release deployments across an organization
    • Application Development experience in NetSuite, MS SQL, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk SuiteScript, CSV Integrator, SuiteAnalytics, Custom Data Record
    • Ability to have detailed conversations with business and operations to understand their requirements and provide solutions, and SOP's
    • Experience with system implementations and working with third-party providers
    • Strong customer-focus and business acumen, while focusing on communications and stakeholder collaboration
    • Experience with change management by building, testing, and deploying changes across multiple environments
    • NetSuite Administrator Certification would be a bonus
    • EST/ CST preferred

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000 - $110,00 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
