Netsuite Administrator
Full Time | Day Shift | Flexible Schedule
Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is currently seeking a Netsuite Administrator.

What will I do as a Netsuite Administrator with Lutheran Social Services?
- Deliver end-user training on system functionalities and offer continuous support, including troubleshooting for any system-related issues.
- Create and maintain customized reports, KPI dashboards, queries, saved searches.
- Assist with day-to-day requests, including the creation and maintenance of users, roles, workflows, permissions, accounts, subsidiaries, and locations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and contribute to the system roadmap's development.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and optimize workflows within NetSuite.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, and user training material.
- Create, maintain and support custom Suite Scripts, workflow, bank integration, SFTP, and other necessary customizations.
- Collaborate with third parties to implement new enhancements and troubleshoot/resolve technical issues.
- Manage and test system upgrades to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing system controls and best practices.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements for a Netsuite Administrator with Lutheran Social Services:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- Five+ years of experience with NetSuite, relational databases, SQL queries, data integration, and analysis preferred. At least Two years minimum.
- Demonstrate proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
- Knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Analytics, and similar tools.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills
