Position Summary
Under the Director of Financial Systems direction, serve as the strategic interface with business partners for NetSuite
development, solution discovery/design, service management, and final implementation. You will proactively share
knowledge of opportunities and risks, to build a competitive advantage, while improving efficiency and effectiveness of the
NetSuite platform. You will serve a leading role in enabling the business to achieve its objectives through the effective use
of technology.
JOB LOCATION: Remote or 4141 Rockside Rd, Seven Hills, OH
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer the NetSuite platform;
- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues;
- Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption;
- Manage implementation process for ERP Billing, Sales Orders, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, Intercompany & General Ledger Accounting, and Fixed Assets;
- Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support;
- Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance;
- Planning, reviewing, and customizing NetSuite as needed to meet needs of staff;
- Development and maintenance of custom application extensions using system API and third-party tools;
- Developing, documenting, and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.;
- Transpose reports to necessary outlets (Salesforce, etc.);
- Support Executive team asks as well as Sales Operations requests;
- Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding;
- Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets;
- Source business requirements and processes and translate into deliverable tasks across various business units;
- NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) experience preferred;
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards.

- Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements
- Three to five years NetSuite experience, administration experience preferable
- Two to five years' experience with relational databases, data integration and analysis;
- Project management, system implementation and system integration experience;
- Effective problem-solving skills;
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally;
- Time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Data migration experience from QuickBooks to NetSuite;
- Capable of supporting the configuration, development, and further evolution of the NetSuite system;
- Experience with financial statement report building preferred;
- Proven ability to follow through with little direction;
- High ability to organize and prioritize.
- The ability to work at a computer screen up to 8 hours
- This job requires sitting up to 50% of the time and is primarily done in an office environment
