The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for supporting the ERP system on a daily basis as well as managing the delivery of NetSuite initiatives and business processes. The NetSuite Administrator will commonly interact with the individuals from all levels of the company. The role is a key resource in the architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, management, and providing of technical and functional assistance with NetSuite.
This position will report directly to the Financial Systems Manager, who reports to the VP of Accounting.
This position is remote within the United States.

Duties:

• Develop a strong understanding of the operational flows through NetSuite
• Recommend changes to business processes and system configurations.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and support for optimal usage within NetSuite and other systems
• Develop and support NetSuite Company-wide implementation and upgrades
• Support end-users with IT/NetSuite related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner
• Test and deploy customizations, custom object, new functionality, and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs
• Provide support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with NetSuite developer(s) or team on issues that cannot be initially resolved.
• Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and user roles to support business requirements.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Accounting background
• Advanced experience can replace a formal education
