Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NetSuite ERP Administrator to join our team. As a NetSuite ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our NetSuite ERP system. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the system is running at peak performance and to identify opportunities for improvement. This is a full-time, in office, permanent position.
Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain our NetSuite ERP system, including user access, roles, and permissions
• Work with our IT team to identify and resolve system issues
• Configure and customize NetSuite to meet our business needs
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
• Manage the order to cash process, including sales orders, invoices, and payments
• Manage the procure to pay process, including purchase orders, receipts, and payments
• Manage inventory levels and perform regular inventory reconciliations
• Train users on NetSuite functionality and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and new features

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in NetSuite Administration
• 2+ years manage release deployments across the organization
• Strong understanding of order to cash, procure to pay, and inventory management processes
• Experience with customizing NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow
• Experience with NetSuite reporting and dashboarding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
