The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration of the NetSuite system, including system configuration, customization, and user support. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:- Configure and customize the NetSuite system to meet business requirements
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain system workflows, scripts, and reports
- Manage system security and user access
- Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the NetSuite system meets business needs
- Train users on system functionality and best practices
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in an IT role, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or related role
- Strong technical skills in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting
- NetSuite Administrator and Suite Foundation Certification preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify
