As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform and other business applications to meet the evolving needs of the business. In this role you will work closely with executives, marketing, e-commerce, finance, and accounting to ensure that NetSuite is used efficiently and effectively to support the operational processes. This role will require understanding of NetSuite functionality, (supply chain, digital, and finance), NetSuite modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Primary POC for NetSuite Administration, including user support, troubleshooting, customizations, and configurations.
- Lead NetSuite Projects
- Act as team lead for other NetSuite Administrators in the team.
- Lead project teams through the overall implementation processes by providing consistent and thorough feedback.
- Mentor and collaborate with other Administrators, provide feedback, conduct training with other team members.
- Work closely with Director of Apps & Architecture.
- Identify and document business requirements.
- Prioritize customer success and project scope.
- Develop functional and process design and prototyping- functional and technical.
- Build, develop, and test scripted solutions.
- Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle.
- Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments.
- Transition customer after going live to account management and support.
