Position Title: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager's job starts from planning and executing social media and internet campaigns and analyzing the return on investment. The Marketing Manager will use all communication platforms available, e.g. email, text, social media, newsletters, etc.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Strategic development and planning of marketing campaigns
- Implementation of marketing campaigns, from conception to final analysis and refinement
- Updating the Movement Fitness website with new content and photos, as they come available
- Maintaining accurate information on the Google and Yelp business listings, driving engagement via positive reviews and interaction with commenters
- Some graphic design experience (Canva)
- Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with vendors and other creators
- Daily social media posts on Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok
- Meeting deadlines and expectations set by Movement Fitness
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with social media advertising, email campaigns, website design and enhancement, and comprehensive analysis of performance of marketing campaigns
- Collaboration with the Movement Fitness team, as well as members, to create content for social media platforms
