Position Overview:

As the E-Commerce Manager at Ranakawai Inc., you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our e-commerce strategy to promote online sales and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and the ability to utilize data analytics to drive growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

· Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive e-commerce campaigns to enhance online presence and drive sales.

· Manage and optimize our online sales channels, including Shopify and Amazon, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

· Implement effective digital marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to attract and retain customers.

· Analyze performance data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on market opportunities.

· Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.

· Oversee inventory management and work closely with the finance team to monitor and report on e-commerce financial performance.

· Lead a team focused on e-commerce operations, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with a preference for candidates with additional certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in an e-commerce management role, with proven success in growing online platforms.

· Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, and analytical tools.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.

· Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
