QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance for scheduled work is required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required. A minimum of two years progressive management experience in Food & Beverage or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a major restaurant, hotel and/or casino preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English to guests and other employees. Ability to articulate effective correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with weight measurements, volume and distance.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be able to use Microsoft Office products or any other Information Tech platform associated with the job duties.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service.
- Oversees duties of supervisors in individual food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and motivate employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
- Responsible for scheduling the operations to ensure efficiency and that the best possible service is provided to guests.
- Ensures that all direct reports are properly trained in their duties and that all guests are provided with prompt and courteous service.
- Maintains effective controls to ensure adherence to department procedures; recommends changes in procedures, to ensure maximum service, efficiency and security of company funds.
- Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the highest guest service throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns. Follows up to ensure matters are resolved quickly and appropriately.
- Works closely with the Culinary, Warehouse, and Accounting departments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include hiring and training direct reports team members; planning, assigning and delegating work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
