Job Responsibilities:
As our New Patient Concierge, you will play a crucial role in our patients' journey to health and wellness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Connection: Build strong rapport with patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable during their visits.
- Consultation and Examination: Assist the doctor in consultation and examination processes, helping gather crucial patient information.
- X-Ray Processing: Perform spinal x-rays (experience is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided), ensuring the highest quality images for diagnosis.
- Education and Communication: Educate patients about the importance of chiropractic care and our treatment plans, using your deep understanding of health and chiropractic principles you will learn from us.
- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for their appointments with the doctor, helping them understand what to expect.
- Financial Reports and Closing: Communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients, helping them make informed decisions about their care.
- Office Policies: Clearly convey and enforce office policies, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient experiences.
Desired Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly, and caring personality.
- Empathetic and understanding, especially when working with patients in pain or those who have experienced traumas.
- Confidence and firmness.
- Thorough understanding of health and chiropractic principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Sales experience (inside sales preferred, but not required).
- X-ray experience (a plus, but not required).
- Spanish-speaking abilities (highly desirable).
