Patient Concierge - Float

We are looking for an experienced Patient Concierge - Float who will be responsible for traveling to multiple locations with HFI. The locations include: Medical Center Women's - Houston as the main location, Memorial City, South Main Street and Medical Center Hermann. The company will provide mileage reimbursement from their home office, according to the Company's Expense Authorization and Reimbursement Policy.

This individual will be a master at multi-tasking and loves to help make patients feel welcome upon arrival. The primary responsibilities will be scheduling, answering phones, and other duties such as patient online inquiries. Hours: 7:45am - 5:00pm - Monday through Friday

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Calling/Scheduling patient appointments
• Sending/Receiving Medical Records
• Patient Check-in/Check-Out
• Answering Phones

Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years prior call center or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records
• Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements
• Willing to travel to: Medical Center Women's - Houston as the main location, Memorial City, South Main Street and Medical Center Hermann
