Patient Navigator Concierge

Legent Health is looking for Patient Navigator/Concierge to join our team. We seek talented partners transforming healthcare, one patient at a time.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Able to communicate in English verbally and written.
• Previous experience as medical registration/admittance in a clinical or surgical setting and/or customer service/sales experience.
• Salesforce Health Cloud and Athena Health experience as a plus

Position Summary

Healthcare Navigators deliver specialized services over multiple channels by acting as a single point of contact,

maintaining ownership of the patient experience, and navigating optimal care. Manage and coordinate elevated

member experience (IE: access to care, provider selection and outreach, discharge, and billing) with confidence

and a sense of urgency.
