Job Description

About Ways2Well At Ways2Well, we are revolutionizing personal health and wellness management through comprehensive blood lab analysis. We understand the pivotal role of blood labs in enlightening individuals about their current health state and crafting optimal solutions to avert chronic illnesses and diseases. Our virtual, low-cost preventative care model offers unparalleled convenience and affordability, bypassing the inconvenience of long doctor's office waits, parking troubles, and pharmacy visits. Our certified clinical team dedicates an average of 75 minutes per patient — substantially more than the industry standard — to meticulously review health histories and diagnose underlying causes, leading to tailored treatment plans.

In partnership with ReviveRx, our sister compounding pharmacy, we provide prescription-grade vitamins, supplements, hormone therapies, and custom-compounded medications delivered straight to the consumer's doorstep. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, Ways2Well is at the forefront of preventive healthcare.

Position: Patient Care Specialist - Remote

Role Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Patient Care Specialist, where you will be at the heart of our mission to provide top-tier health services remotely. This position is ideal for individuals with a Medical Assistant (MA) background and experience in patient service presentation within a clinical setting. We are seeking sales-oriented professionals who excel in communicating the benefits of our supplementary services, enhancing patient treatment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to new patients, introducing them to our range of services and the Ways2Well difference.
  • Perform intake consultations, gathering comprehensive patient histories.
  • Present our suite of preventative care and cellular therapy options.
  • Contact patients scheduled for initial consultations and follow up with potential leads to arrange these consultations.
  • Manage communications through emails, text messages, phone calls, and interdepartmental channels to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve collective goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Essential: Valid Medical Assistant Certification.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player with a knack for thriving in collaborative settings.

This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that is transforming the landscape of healthcare. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the skills we seek, we would love to hear from you.
