From crafting our social media efforts to customizing our sales collateral, you'll have a hand in all of it!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manages all social media for openwork and its sister companies
- Designs marketing and sales handouts, and any sales or company presentations
- Assists with other design work in Canva or other related tools as needed
- Create social media calendar and posting on key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and YouTube according to brand guidelines
- Crafts talent and client email newsletters (via Klaviyo)
- Writes blog posts for website and sales collateral
- Handles swag and merchandise design and orders for internal team and clients; assists with monitoring swag inventory
- Monitors Google, Yelp and Indeed reviews, and provide best practices to branches
- Handles NPS survey planning (ClearlyRated), other company awards or recognition, branch communication, and leadership updates
- Identifies ways for us to engage talent and clients via various online and local grassroots recruiting efforts
- Reviews job postings, trains team on creating better job posts, and drafts postings for high priority needs
- Manages chatbot and candidate journey creation to maximize ROI and automation capabilities driving operational improvement; creates reactivation campaign messages for talent/clients (i.e., including employee recognition)
- Provides social media best practices to branches to ensure strong brand engagement
- Performs website updates and crafts content for website in tone of voice guidelines as needed
- Runs internal employee engagement surveys to solicit feedback from the team
- Serves as Openwork cultural ambassador; assist with employee engagement or culture-building budgeting & programming
- Monitors adherence to brand guidelines (i.e., voicemails, social media, presentations, email signatures, etc)
- Monitors marketing KPI report and drives improvements
- Assists with other operational tasks or projects as needed
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience with strong emphasis on social media
- Experience successfully utilizing multiple platforms and technologies
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms
- Ability to understand and apply basic business acumen, data, and financial concepts to make solid business decisions and use them to provide results-oriented solutions for branch needs
