Patient Concierge

A Patient Concierge's primary role is to ensure that they will receive the best care possible. Part of the duties include 1) contacting and following up on leads; 2) providing quotes to clients; 3) arranging for financing; 4) administrative tasks; 5) working at the front desk to greet and room patients; 6) answering phone calls; 7) entering patient data; 8) scheduling patient visits; 9) coordinating multiple schedules; and 10) taking photos.

This role includes a significant amount of communication with patients an internal team members. A patient care coordinator synthesizes information from these individuals, such as healthcare goals and client needs in a way that is helpful and useful to the patient and to the medical professionals.

This position is for a third Patient Concierge for a thriving and growing Aesthetics Practice.

Duties include: SALES (if you do not have experience or understand sales techniques for upsells/crosssells/etc) please do not apply. Applicant must show evidence of a strong background in cold sales, warm lead conversions, step wise lead nurturing, and adequate lead management.

Time is generally 900 am - 5pm at the office. You may also be asked to work after hours per your own schedule to follow up on leads. We are looking for a stable, mature, enthusiastic individual. There is huge growth potential.

It is strongly preferred to have prior Aesthetics experience as a seller. This is not an easy job and is very demanding.

Spanish speaking is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
