Summary of Position:
Manage all incoming calls for a busy, multiple physician/provider OB-GYN practice. Incoming calls consist of: (i) scheduling/rescheduling appointments; (ii) directing patient calls to nurses; (iii) handling calls from outside physicians and other healthcare providers; and (iv) addressing general questions about the practice. Other duties include managing physician/other provider schedules, scanning documents, and managing provider referrals. Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette are a must. The candidate also must be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and handle tasks efficiently and by priority. This position will cross train and cover the front desk, as needed, to check patients in and out as well.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED Certificate.
· One-year previous customer service experience and/or front desk experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
