SalaryHarbor Light Oral Surgery is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented person to work in our call center. You will have the opportunity to make new referrals feel welcome, help patients with questions, and provide a superior patient experience - all done through using excellent telephone service skills. This position is full-time and requires the ability to work Monday - Friday. On Friday, the office closes at 2pm.
Primary job responsibilities include answering incoming telephone calls, collecting patient demographic information and scheduling appointments, providing pre-operative instructions, and responding to patient inquiries. Interested candidates should possess outstanding communication and customer service skills. Previous medical or dental office experience required.
