Love for Mankind is a rapidly growing business in Gahanna, OH. We provide a variety of services to people with developmental disabilities. Our primary services are Homemaker Personal Care, Non Medical Transportation, Vocational Habilitation, and Day Programming.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule (dispatch, route) over #200 pick up and drop off of people with IDD to and from work daily.
- Coordinate with client and family to ensure accurate work schedules for scheduling/routing.
- Communicate with clients to confirm schedule and provide updates as necessary .
- Provide excellent customer service to professionally address inquiries or concerns.
*This is not an office assistant position or medical office scheduling of appointments.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a transportation scheduling/routing role preferred
- Previous experience as a driver of clients with developmental disabilities or medical conditions preferred
- Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
