Our Diabetes Education Telehealth program, aligned with ADA standards, provides ten virtual sessions for comprehensive learning. Expectations and Summary of Role

The Scheduler Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the scheduling staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Scheduler Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises scheduling staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
• Responds to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Monitors daily operations of the front desk, including referrals, inputting patient data correctly, ensuring appointments are made correctly
• Understand all programs used by My Diabetes Tutor
• Ensures time / attendance is accurate for payroll
• Manages room availability in the office for patient appointments
• Ensures accuracy of billing and payment processes
• Resolves patient concerns and complaints
• Trains and coaches scheduling staff
• Monitors staff performance and provides feedback
• Maintains a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• Preferred: Previous experience in a customer service role
• Preferred: Experience in a leadership role

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
