Expectations and Summary of Role
The Scheduler Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the scheduling staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Scheduler Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises scheduling staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
- Responds to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitors daily operations of the front desk, including referrals, inputting patient data correctly, ensuring appointments are made correctly
- Understand all programs used by My Diabetes Tutor
- Ensures time / attendance is accurate for payroll
- Manages room availability in the office for patient appointments
- Ensures accuracy of billing and payment processes
- Resolves patient concerns and complaints
- Trains and coaches scheduling staff
- Monitors staff performance and provides feedback
- Maintains a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- Preferred: Previous experience in a customer service role
- Preferred: Experience in a leadership role
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
