Summary:

Title: Medical Surgery Scheduler

Pay Rate: $22-23/hr DOE

Location: Orange County, CA

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duties:

• Schedule surgeries with the Hospital and Physicians schedule
• Answer patient questions and answering phone call with excellent customer service
• Insurance verification, prior authorizations and understanding of patient financial counseling.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients needing office and surgical appointments
• Check patient eligibility and collect co-pays and deductibles
• Obtain prior authorizations for office visits, procedures and medication
• Enter all information into EMR system in a timely manner
