Summary: As an integral part of the Quality and Analytics department, the BI Developer will support the manager by creating analytics dashboards and reports to support the promotion of improved service and clinical outcomes. The analyst will also perform complex analysis on healthcare data using database queries, spreadsheets, and data visualization software. He/she is responsible for creating efficient and easy to use dashboards, highlighting insights and key takeaways, and summarizing results from large datasets in a manner that is easy to understand and digest for internal and external audiences.

Must have a general understanding of behavioral health, substance abuse and physical health illnesses and how co-morbidity impacts one another. Must have a general understanding of continuous quality improvement processes, analytics, and standard outcome measures.

- Advanced knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, or other BI reporting tools.
- Advanced understanding of SQL query writing and statistical analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables and intermediate formulas.
- Understanding of computer programing skills
- Ability to review mass data sets to quickly identify significant faults and weaknesses in intra and/or inter-agency systems
- Knowledge of healthcare business systems and electronic health records

Education and/or Experience: This position requires Bachelor's Degree, prefer a Master's Degree, in computer science, technology, analytics, mathematics, business, or healthcare related field. A minimum of 2 years of analytic experience, including writing Power BI and advanced SQL queries and computer programing.
