Vestra Labs is looking for a Medical Scheduler for Mobiles to join our rapidly growing company. Our company services countless physicians and patients. Objective Summary

This role exists to manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments, route technicians and work with doctors. This role is essential for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring technicians are available for appointments.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinating Mobile Appointments

• Ensuring technicians have proper paperwork

• Coordinate with Senior Technician on technician availability

• Distributing Requisitions

• Work with other departments

• Be professional in appearance, actions, and communications

• Maximize productivity and quality of work

• Other duties as assigned

Typical Daily Duties

• Phones; calling and receiving

• Emailing; sending and receiving

• Coordinating Mobile appointments

• Routing technicians

• Ensure billing is coded appropriately

• Communicate changes

• Talk to doctors and patients

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3 years high volume direct to consumer scheduling; healthcare/medical background is a plus

• Knowledge with computer programs (Excel, Word, Appointments Plus, Gmail)

• Maintain a clean and organized work space

• Effective communication skills

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for a long period

• Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel tools or controls

• Lift up to 20 pounds regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Non-Exempt: $19.00 - $25.00 an hour
