Summary:
Responsible for the scheduling of GI, Radiology, Cardiopulmonary, Cath Lab, Ambulatory/Health Services, Women's Center, and Pre-Admission Testing procedures and other specialty procedures.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Experience:
Required: One (1) year medical office/department experience.
Preferred: Two (2) years in health care setting.
Skills:
Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Licenses/Certifications:
Preferred: Medical Terminology certification.
