On Site Bilingual Call Center Rep for Multi-Specialty Medical Office.

Pain Solutions is looking to hire an on Site Bilingual Call Center Rep & Schedulerto join it's office in Chandler AZ.

• Schedule appointments for various medical services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls per day.
• Coordinate appointment availability with healthcare providers and clinics.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Prioritize and reschedule appointments based on urgency and availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• High Energy
• HS Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
