Medical Receptionist/Assistant

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information, and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Clean exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and stock supplies
- Conduct patient intake and history
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
