Medical Receptionist

Domi Healthcare is currently seeking 1 full-time and 1 part-time Medical receptionist who can perform routine administrative and clinical front desk duties. Ideal candidates must be highly motivated, able to multitask, work well in a fast-paced environment, establish a positive patient experience, and be a team-player. Looking for individuals with strong customer service skills. English and Spanish speaker is a must.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Check in patients & confirm patient insurance information.
• Enter patient information using EMR system.
• Assist with incoming calls. Take and relay messages as appropriate.
• Communicate with medical staff to verify that office is running smoothly.
• Print / organize incoming faxes.
• Ensure voicemail messages are addressed.
• Check out patients, making sure they are given all the appropriate follow up appointments.
