Medical Receptionist

We are looking for the right person to join our busy and growing Cardiology practice. We have two offices in Bridgewater and Hillsborough, NJ. Medical office front desk experience is necessary. Candidates should understand health insurance and have experience with scheduling and patient registration. The right person for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable with both patient and physician interactions.

Job responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Patient scheduling
• Taking accurate messages
• Greeting patients
• Updating demographic information
• Checking patients in and out and collecting co-payments and balances
• Explaining testing instructions to patients
• Preparing the daily deposit
• And various other front desk related duties.
