Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Our Chiropractic office is looking for a dependable, outgoing individual to join our team for the part-time position of Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. We are a small chiropractic office that includes acupuncture, weight-loss and holistic care.
Administrative duties include: answering phones, scheduling patient visits, filing charts, billing procedures, verifying insurance benefits, confirming appointments, entering data into our computer system, checking in patients, and other basic tasks. Experience in a chiropractic or other medical setting is preferred, but we are willing to train. We are looking for someone part-time for about 20 hours, with the potential for more hours. The shifts that need coverage at the moment are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:30pm-7pm and Saturdays from 8am-2pm. There is some slight flexibility of hours.
