Medical Receptionist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team at Family First Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Greeting patients and checking them in and out.

-Collecting co-pays and co-insurance payments

-Answering phones, scheduling patients, and collecting detailed information from patients to pass on to the provider/nurse.

-Checking voicemails

-Calling patients back

-Counting out money and balancing transactions from the day

-General office duties including:

• Sorting faxes
• Scanning
• Copying

Qualifications:

-Some office experience (patient interaction, phones, data entry, etc.) preferred (not a requirement)

-Some background with eClinicalWorks or another EMR program preferred (not a requirement)
