Job Duties:

• Have all patients feel welcomed and enjoy coming to our clinic
• Schedule appointments
• Manage phones
• Input data
• Faxing, filing
• Perform a variety of routine clerical assignments
• Assist Physical Therapist with flow of patients
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in physical therapy is preferred but will train on the job.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Desire to learn and be a team player
• Organized and able to multitask
• Self-motivated and energetic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
