Medical Receptionist

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Welcome patients when they arrive

2. Register patients and book appointments

3. Answer any phone calls that come to the office and communicate them

4. Run insurances of patients who book appointments, take co-pays, learn how to use electronic medical record software, type fast

5. Help with admin duties of the office, e.g. faxes, emails and other tasks.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
• Ob/Gyn: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
