Medical Receptionist

Front Office Associate needed for busy private medical practice. Candidates must be able to work early morning and late evening hours, along with alternating Saturdays at either of our two locations (Des Plaines or far Northwest Chicago). This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills to join our medical office as a Front Desk Associate. The job duties for this position include, but not limited to:

· accurate data entry

· insurance verification

· creating referrals

· patient check in & check out for appointments

· scanning documents

· managing cash drawer, including end of day reconciliation and balancing

· any additional duties requested by doctors or management.

EMR/Epic experience is preferred.

Required education:

• High School or Equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
