9-month temporary position through Dec. 31, 2024.
The ideal candidate would be welcoming, kind, very organized and detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in English, and enjoy interacting with people of all ages. Reliability and ability to remain calm under pressure are a must.
Your role would include registering and scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, answering phones, sending appointment reminders, verifying insurance, collecting copays, answering simple billing questions, scanning and shredding. We use an EMR, so good spelling and typing skills are important. As part of our team, you would also be responsible for stocking supplies and helping to maintain the cleanliness of the office.
