Job Summary
Summary: Ensures that clubs are set-up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures all clubs in designated area are properly set before guests arrive.
Ensures high quality, well-presented food and beverages within established time frames to guests.
Visits guest areas to assess satisfaction levels.
Works closely with club attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
Develops a positive rapport with guests.
Follows ServSafe Food handler and Responsible Alcohol Service policies. Job training provided.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
